The Consular Section provides passport and visa services; performs notarial and registration services, including those for births and deaths; solemnizes marriages between Filipino nationals; and extends assistance to as well as promotes the welfare of Filipino nationals, including seamen, in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Important Advisory for Applicants in Finland
