Visa Information
Filipino and former Filipino nationals traveling with their spouse/children may enter the Philippines without a visa for a maximum stay of one (1) year under the Balikbayan Program.
Swedish, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian nationals who are traveling to the Philippines for business and tourism purposes are allowed to enter the Philippines without visa for a stay not exceeding twenty-one (21) days, provided they hold valid tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination and their passports are valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay. Swedish, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian nationals arriving in the Philippines who wish to stay for more than twenty-one (21) but less than (59) days may apply for a visa at the Philippine Embassy in Stockholm or upon arrival at the Philippine airport of entry and payment of applicable fees.
Nationals from the following countries are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a period of stay of twenty-one (21) days or less:

The following are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay not exceeding fifty-nine (59) days:
- Holders of Brazil passports
- Holders of Israel passports
The following are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay not exceeding seven (7) days:
- Holders of Hong Kong Special Administrative (SAR) passports
- Holders of British National Overseas (BNO) passports
- Holders of Portuguese Passports issued in Macao
- Holders of Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) passports
Note: Nationals who are subjects of deportation/blacklist orders of the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Bureau of Immigration shall not be admitted into the Philippines.
Extension of Authorized Period of Stay in the Philippines
In case a temporary visitor will exceed the authorized period of stay, he/she will have to report to the Bureau of Immigration, secure an extension of stay and pay the corresponding immigration fees.
